Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to tell their story, uninterrupted and completely. This will allow me to identify your triggering events that may have contributed to your chronic conditions and your current mediating factors that are continuing to perpetuate your illness. Once we can identify these important aspects together, I will create a customized care plan to meet your needs and goals for you within the week. I will also give you a few tasks to start right away to take control of your body and health.

IV Therapy

In-person, IV nutrition can help jumpstart your energy level, reduce inflammation, and improve your quality of sleep. I offer a wide variety of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals that will be recommended to you based on your symptoms and conditions.

Dietary Counseling

Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your current dietary habits, your likes and dislikes, and how we can make changes to your weekly routine. Often, I will have you complete a food journal for 7 days initially, then discuss and make recommendations going forward. This will also include access to weekly recipe ideas for all meals, to help prepare you for success.

Follow Up

In-person or online, this session allows for review of lab work you may have already completed, additional lab work that would be beneficial to obtain, reevaluation of your current care plan, and any other additional issues or questions you may have.

Insurance

My practice is insurance free. Every dollar goes to your care, nothing is not lost in the third party payer system. I know it can be disappointing that your insurance is not accepted, however many of my clients felt the same way at first. You will know exactly what your care will cost upfront. They also get exactly what they need as they are not limited by what insurance says they need or don’t need.

Many health savings accounts will cover our consultation fees and services. You may use your HSA or FSA for any of my services

Labs

We will determine which tests, if any, will provide the most valuable information for the case. I always strive to avoid unnecessary testing. Lab testing costs can vary greatly between clients. The range for standard labs alone is typically $200-300 (cash pricing). Specialty lab kits and panels can range from $200-$400, and sometimes these tests will need to be repeated to monitor progress.
